Why host your event at the Isle of Capri Casino Waterloo? Our experienced staff knows what it takes to execute any turn-key event. From the moment you tour the space, during any planning, and all the way through the event your experience will meet and surpass all expectations.
Is there a deposit required and is it refundable? Yes, the deposit is used for reservation purposes and will be credited towards the final bill of the event. A percentage of the deposit is refundable if event is canceled within the following guidelines:
90 days or less prior to the event- responsible for 100%
91 days to 6 months prior to the event- responsible for 75%
More than 6 months prior to the event -responsible for 50%
Is outside catering allowed? No, we do not allow outside catering on property. We have a delicious and fully customizable catering menu to choose from. We also have three high-quality restaurants on property, one being an all-you-can-eat buffet using only fresh locally farmed ingredients.
Are linens/napkins/tables/chairs/centerpieces included with room rental? The room rental includes tables, chairs, napkins, and 90X90 ivory table linens. Specialty linens of various colors are available at an additional fee and are a great way to customize your event!
Does the room rental fee include set-up and tear down? Yes, our job is to make event planning almost too easy for you. We set it up, and tear it down.
Are hotel room blocks available? Yes, speak with our sales manager to set up a block of rooms for your event quests. A room block of 10 or more rooms will qualify you for a discount off the prevailing rate.
Are your meeting room's handicap accessible? Our Ballroom is located on the 2nd floor of our casino and is accessible by elevator or stairs.
Is Valet Parking available? Yes, valet is available at both our casino entrance and our hotel entrance at no charge.

The Isle Casino Hotel Was the perfect location for our wedding reception! The ballroom was beautiful and we were so pleased we were allowed to decorate to recreate our beach wedding ceremony.
